WHY "ADINA":

I call my leotards with the names of female opera characters, written by Italian composers for now. I am inspired more by their character than by the style than their stage dress. Most of the operas were set in similar eras, the necklines they wore were more or less the same.

The name was used by Auguste Mariette for his sketch of the plot which Giuseppe Verdi later used for his opera of the same title, Aida. In the Italian opera, Aida is an Ethiopian princess. Mariette claimed that the name was authentically Egyptian, writing in a letter "Don't be alarmed by the title. Aida is an Egyptian name. Normally it would be Aita. But that name would be too harsh, and the singers would irresistibly soften it to Aida.

This sporty and classy top futures a fancy boat neckline and an athletic cut at the back.

Ryna designed a 3/4 sleeves top with the addition of a supportive bra self lining providing the dancer with vital comfort alongside style. In the gallery you will find the different types of sleeves you can choose.
